Kyle Busch let us in on a little secret this evening. Two years ago when he won the first Car of Tomorrow race (which happened to be at Bristol) he got out of the car and said "It sucks."
Apparently that was as per an agreement he made with crew chief Alan Gustafson. Busch says they decided if he won he'd say that.
We asked him today if he likes the car any better.
"Well, it's the racecar of today and we're racing it," Busch said. "It's come a long ways. It's better. But it's still not one of my favorite cars to drive. … I still would rather enjoy racing the Nationwide cars or the trucks or something like that. They seem to drive better. They're a little easier to drive, they're more forgiving."
